As part of our Hotels’ team, based in Munich, we are looking for an Executive Assistant & Business Administration FTI Hotels. This position is responsible for acting as Administration Business Partner for Meeting Point Hotels’ Central Management Team for all coordinative activities into the hotel destinations as well as relevant presentations and ad-hoc project work. The position is required to support the CEO Hotels in her function as Managing Director of FTI Group. 

Aufgaben / Tasks
  • Acting as administrator coordinator Business Partner for Meeting Point Hotels Management Team as well as Hotels’ contact person for FTI Group Business Units (especially Tour Operator and relevant subs i.e. product Managers / House)
  • Creating presentations and first level analysis
  • Organization of business trips and handling of travel expenses, invoices as well as Booking flight tickets for various trips, visa requests, letter of invitation and other
  • Screening market news and studies to compile a regular snapshot for the Hotels’ Management Team
  • Coordination of the Hotels’ countries’ input for any Central functions (i.e. Travel Life)
  • Organization and follow-up of meetings and telephone conferences incl. preparing agendas and meeting minutes
  • Planning and coordination of events
  • Coordination of press contributions
  • Management of Excel spreadsheets as well as PowerPoint presentations
  • Implementation of projects to support a wide variety of departments
  • Support of Hotels’ Team with daily administration tasks
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Profil / Qualifikation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with focus on finance, marketing, sales, tourism or relevant Field
  • Previous substantial experience in a similar position would be a plus
  • Full proficiency in English and German, both verbal and written
  • Proven MS Office skills
  • High level of flexibility, excellent communication and strong organizational skills
  • Cooperative
  • Ability to work in team and under pressure
  • Problem Solver – Solution-orientated approach, exercised with authority and persistence
