Operational Excellence Manager (m/w/d)

• You are responsible for the process-related interface between the FTI Group and the Shared Service Center in Egypt
• You report directly to the Director "Group Process, Project & Innovation Management"
• You support the joint development and communication of a globally valid service offering
• You will define KPIs for regular reviews and measurement of performance and service quality
• You support in the recording and planning of skills and FTE requirements
• You support organisational changes, e.g. alignment with group structures, where necessary
• You oversee the budget planning and compliance of the Shared Service Centre

• You have a degree in economics, business administration, information technology or equivalent
• You have experience and extensive knowledge in managing shared service organisations
• You have dedicated knowledge and experience in the area of operational excellence
• You have sound experience in managing international teams and projects and have the corresponding intercultural skills
• You have a high level of initiative as well as an independent and self-reliant way of working
• You find it easy to build international relationships within the company
• You ideally but not necessarily have professional experience in the tourism industry
• You are fluent in spoken and written German and English
