Head of Group Financial Risk Controlling (m/f/x)

• On this position you be responsible for the automatization of cash-flow planning as well as for the hedging strategy and guideline including selection of hedging partners
• You will be in charge of Risk Management Processes, Internal Policies and Authorizations
• You will identify and evaluate risks and opportunities (FX, Liquidity, counterparty, country and interest rates)
• Liquidity budgeting at subsidiary level will be one of your tasks as well
• You will optimize the working capital management process (analysis of existing processes, allocation of responsibilities, clarification of interfaces between group treasury and relevant internal business units & functions) and you will design and implement measures to optimize working capital (receivables, payables, deposits, inventories, etc.)
• Monitoring and rationalization of intercompany liabilities will be a part of your tasks
• You will improve planning reliability (liquidity, FX and interest rate gains/losses)
• You will ensure compliance with external reporting requirements
• You will have a general internal treasury control-function

• University degree in Finance, Banking or related subject
• Solid experience in the corporate finance / treasury environment of a multinational company / bank
• Profound knowledge of relevant corporate finance / treasury processes
• Proven track record in the field of financial risk controlling
• Very good Excel skills
• Very good Englisch and German language skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
