Deine Aufgaben
  • Job Purpose Overview: This position is responsible for delivering business performance and processes around strategic improvement projects in support of the Global Lead for Accommodation Contracting. The role focuses on standardisation, best practice, and transformation for Accommodation related supply and vendor facing activities. The portfolio covers Accommodation Contracting development & definition, portfolio management and content management in close alignment with the in-house tour operator.
  • Position can be located in Germany and in every destination where Meeting Point International operates.
  • Support the organization in defining its global Accommodation Contracting strategy and assist local Accommodation Contracting teams in its delivery of static and dynamic sourcing.
  • Conduct research and analysis to evaluate current models and identify opportunities for improvement, presenting findings in a professional and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Develop standardised tools, processes and documents to drive product excellence, standards and efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with the partners in the Virtual Center of Competence and the in-house tour operator Accommodation Contracting Center of Competence to ensure effective interfaces, solutions and delivery.
  • Contribute to KPI planning, implementation, and achievement
  • Support Global Lead for Accommodation Contracting in delivering global optimisation, standardisation and compliance initiatives, including:o Portfolio Assessment principles and metrics o Consistent product processes, procedures and workflows o Procurement Policies & Procedures o Product and Service SLAs o Standardised supplier contractso Contracting brief templateso Health & Safety and Compliance standards and procedures. o System enhancements and developments suggestions.
Dein Profil
  • BA degree or higher.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in sourcing and product related functions, ideally with experience in accommodation contracting related areas. Prior travel experience including technical in the field of vendor and content management is advantage.
  • Track record in project management and implementing improvements to Product and Service related KPIs. Management consulting experience is an advantage.
  • Expertise in operating systems, writing SOPs and defining KPIs and analytics.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; knowledge of any other languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a global, cross-cultural environment, strong influencer with good interpersonal skills
