Group Director Finance Transformation (m/f/x)

• On this position you will be responsible for the development and implementation of a Finance Transformation Program
• Collaborating with other colleagues you will develop a detailed business case and roadmap for a Finance Transformation Program
• You will co-lead finance transformation projects; from planning through to project execution
• You will provide an advisory support to the Group CFO on strategic commercial decisions
• You will be in charge of tracking and communicating progress of finance transformation projects to internal stakeholders
• Thanks to your continuous drive for change and innvovation you will improve the Finance Organization through implementation of better systems and processes

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or related subject
• Proven track record in leading finance transformation initiatives in a large-scale organisation
• Professional accounting designation (e.g. ACCA, CPA ,CFA, CIMA)
• Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent leadership and project management abilities
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Very good Englisch and German language skills
